All Kontio logs are manufactured from Kontio Arctic Pine, slow‑growing northern pine known for its strength, durability and outstanding quality.

Laminated Logs – Breathable and Timeless

Kontio laminated logs are moisture‑permeable, meaning they “breathe moisture”, supporting healthy indoor air quality and long‑lasting structures. The laminated structure improves dimensional stability and reduces warping and cracking, making laminated logs a reliable and predictable building material. Precisely manufactured profiles enable accurate assembly, clean detailing and excellent airtightness. Kontio SmartLog – Advanced Non‑Settling Log

Kontio SmartLog is Kontio’s innovative non‑settling log solution and the most advanced non‑settling log on the market. Designed for modern massive log architecture, SmartLog eliminates the constraints of traditional log settlement and does not settle as it dries, giving architects and builders far greater freedom in design. Manufactured from start to finish at Kontio’s factory in Pudasjärvi using high‑quality northern pine, its engineered structure ensures reliable performance even in changing conditions.
