Kontio log buildings are delivered as fully finished, installation‑ready log components. Each log is factory‑manufactured with high precision and prepared in advance with integrated insulation seals, pre‑cut openings, electrical drillings and required structural joints.
All log elements are pre‑processed, clearly identified and fully compatible, enabling a smooth, efficient and predictable installation process on site. Thanks to the accuracy of industrial production, the log frame erection can be completed with minimal on‑site adjustments.
A typical residential log building can be erected in approximately 1–4 days, depending on the size and complexity of the project. The solid log structure forms both the load‑bearing frame and the finished interior surface, eliminating the need for additional interior cladding or surface materials.
